I wanted to update you on a few major changes in Ben's world! We have had a challenging few weeks with him, but I think we are coming through it and there are some exciting new times ahead for him now.
He decided after a few weeks into A level studies that it really wasn't the path for him, so he decided to leave and find an apprenticeship. We made sure he had a great CV ready and spent a lot of time together searching for different roles and trying to figure out what he wanted to do.
He had some telephone interviews and face to face ones too, and he was very quickly offered an apprenticeship working for a very large, global recruitment company called Volt Europe. I can't believe he is following me into my career....although I think it will be one in and one out soon! I am too old for it now, it's a young person's industry and he will be fab. He has the gift of the gab and good intuition, plus he is money motivated, so all the right attributes!
He is on holiday this week with Ben Dixon and family - having a great time and probably will need a week to recover when he gets home!
It's VERY quiet here.....
